New Year New Routine

Let’s Develop Good Habits, Together

2020 brings us a new year AND the start of a new decade, so while it might seem a little cliché, we can think of no better time to start something dedicated just to you.  Healthy habits come in all forms, but for the iKOR team, getting up and moving is number 1. It is so common in the post holiday haze to struggle to find the motivation to get back to a healthy routine, so let’s attack it together!

The iKOR Team Challenge

It is often said that it takes 21 days to make a habit (some disagree, but we like it so we are sticking with it!), so this year we are going to kick things off with an iKOR Team Challenge. Commit to at least 30 minutes of movement every single day for 21 days. We know you’ll likely get sore (Warming Relief anyone?), maybe have a tougher time recovering as the days go on (did someone say Recovery Shot?), and possibly even get a little cranky when the alarm goes off at 5am (Daily couldn’t hurt!), but community makes everything just a little easier (not to mention the suite of iKOR products designed for exactly this kind of thing!)
