Professional Runner

YiOu is an elite runner who has achieved success across a wide range of distances on both trail and road. After qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials, she focused on trials and ultras but still completes regularly in road racing. She is the 2017 50km Trail National Champion and two-time winner of Lake Sonoma 50 mile.
